Inspection services for lifts and other lifting equipment – nationwide framework agreement

Summary

Bayerische Versorgungskammer is procuring a nationwide framework agreement, divided into two lots, for statutory inspections of lifts and other lifting equipment at properties belonging to the participating pension institutions. The work includes recurring and individual inspections of passenger and goods lifts, fire-service lifts, escalators and facade-access equipment, as well as re-inspections, training and related technical advice. The four-year agreement starts on 1 January 2027; services will be called off according to actual need, with no guaranteed minimum volume.
