Delivery of German as a Foreign Language Courses

Summary

The procurement concerns the preparation, delivery and follow-up of German as a foreign language courses for international students of Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, at CEFR levels A1 to C2, including level completion examinations. The service is organised as a non-exclusive open-house provider pool divided into six lots by language level. Providers may apply for one or more lots, but admission does not guarantee any course orders or minimum volume. The standard scope is at least 116 teaching units of 45 minutes per fully commissioned level, normally combining an intensive component and a lecture-accompanying component. The unit price is EUR 90.00 gross per actually delivered teaching or examination unit. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Applications and required documents are submitted as specified in the procurement documents; an offer submission through the eVergabe platform is not required.
