Summary

EIT RawMaterials GmbH is procuring digital marketing and communications services for the European Raw Materials Academy and the European Advanced Materials Academy under one framework agreement, without lots. The work includes strategic communications, content and creative production, paid performance marketing, social media and website management, event communications, analytics, reporting and support for EU grant communications obligations. Services will be delivered through a monthly retainer, estimated at approximately 23 person-days per month, and separately scoped project assignments; the framework agreement has a maximum value of €1,500,000 including VAT.
