Building services engineering for the energy-efficient renovation of a secondary school sports hall

Summary

The Municipality of Reken is procuring building-services engineering for the energy-efficient renovation and functional modernisation of the sports hall at Hohe Mark secondary school. The procurement is divided into two lots: planning of HLS systems (water, heating, ventilation and building automation) and planning of electrical, communications and information-technology systems. The work covers the existing sports hall and two planned extensions; the total construction project is estimated at approximately EUR 1.998 million excluding VAT.
