Licensing of the Matrix42 application including support (maintenance)

The procurement covers the supply of Matrix42 software licences with support and maintenance, as well as Matrix42 services in two lots. The net ceiling for Lot 1 is EUR 788,000 and for Lot 2 EUR 280,000; the initial term for both lots is 24 months from 1 January 2027, with up to two possible 12-month extensions. The bidder must offer a service model with a four-hour response time, a team with comparable Matrix42 experience and the required certifications, and all assigned personnel must have German-language skills at level C1.
