Roof Waterproofing Works for the Eschbachtal Outdoor Swimming Pool Renovation

Summary

The City of Remscheid is procuring roof waterproofing and related renovation works for the Eschbachtal outdoor swimming pool. The works cover the entrance building and the technical and changing-room building and include vapour barriers, thermal insulation, roof membranes, roof drainage and sheet-metal details, green-roof components, fall-protection systems and a smoke-and-heat-extraction rooflight. The listed quantities include 450 m² of temporary vapour-barrier waterproofing, 355 m² of single-layer roof membrane, 78 m² of two-layer roofing, 295 m² of extensive roof substrate and other associated items.
