Renovation of Epe sports halls, phase 2 – sports flooring

Summary

The tender covers the installation of sports flooring in the second construction phase of the triple sports hall in Gronau-Epe and flooring in a new multifunctional room with adjoining equipment rooms. The works include approximately 1,420 m² of sports-hall flooring, comprising a sprung floor and rigid flooring in the equipment rooms, and 210 m² of flooring for the multifunctional room and equipment rooms. The specified finishes are linoleum in the sports hall and solid oak parquet in the multifunctional room. The work also includes court markings, floor and wall junctions, equipment-floor sockets and anchor plates, floor protection and initial care, and control testing. The flooring system must comply with DIN V 18032-2:2001-04; the bid must include the required test certificates, current quality-surveillance documents and general building-authority approval. The bidder must provide registration evidence, tax evidence, comparable turnover information for the last three financial years and references for comparable work from the last five years; no minimum turnover or number of references is specified. Price is the sole award criterion. The bid must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 8 October 2026. Work must start within 12 working days of the contracting authority’s separate instruction and be completed within 55 working days.
