Development of scenarios for the provision and processing of Earth observation data from 2030 (EODATA30+)

Summary

This tender concerns the development of scenarios for the provision and processing of Earth observation (EO) data and the related infrastructure and operating models starting from 2030. The objective is to analyse the current CODE-DE-Lab platform and its operating concept, conduct stakeholder analysis and needs gathering, identify further development requirements, perform a market scan, derive scenarios and operating models, and provide final evaluation and recommendations. The work requires experience with EO data and with conceiving and delivering infrastructures for data provisioning and processing, and the ability to work closely with the contracting authority.
