Standard vehicles – all-wheel-drive off-road vehicles with diesel engines

Summary

The tender concerns standard all-wheel-drive vehicles with diesel engines, to be supplied both for purchase and leasing. It is divided into two lots; the estimated quantity is 146 vehicles per lot and the maximum quantity is 210 vehicles per lot, but there is no minimum call-off quantity or purchase obligation. Tenderers must price all purchase and leasing variants, including leasing terms of 24, 36 and 48 months, annual mileage options of 15,000 and 25,000 km, the required optional features and one-off costs. The framework agreement runs for 24 months and may be extended twice by 12 months. The delivery and service location must be in the State of Brandenburg or Berlin. The tender must be submitted in German electronically by 8 September 2026 at 12:00; submissions by email or fax are not accepted. The tenderer must meet the exclusion, suitability and liability insurance requirements and demonstrate the delivery of at least 90 comparable standard vehicles during the last three calendar years. The award is based on technical performance and price, with up to 2,600 points in total and equal maximum scores for the two components. A tenderer may bid for both lots but may receive the award for no more than one lot.
