Phase 2 – Ventilation Systems

Summary

Burghof-Klinik GmbH is procuring ventilation and air-conditioning works for the second construction phase of its hospital redevelopment in Rinteln, principally in the north wing and across the ground floor to the third floor. The works include a 25,000 m³/h ventilation unit, ductwork, insulation, fire and smoke protection components, silencers, air outlets and controls, as well as removal of obsolete ventilation equipment. The scope also includes two hygienic ceiling cassette units and a 5.7 kW air-to-water chiller for a radiology practice, associated pipework, commissioning and documentation. The procurement is not divided into lots.
