Landline telecommunications services – VoIP

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of fixed-line telecommunications services – VoIP for the BMI. It is an open procedure aimed at concluding a framework agreement enabling participants to supply these services as needed via the Kaufhaus des Bundes platform. Bidders must meet qualification criteria including licensing/notification under the Telecommunications Act, sufficient financial capacity (annual turnover of at least 4 million EUR), technical and professional ability (at least three references, with details; at least one with a public sector client), appropriate staffing (40 FTE for customer support; 60 FTE on-site), an information security management system (ISMS) such as ISO 27001, and a security concept pursuant to §166 of the TKG.
