Framework agreement for Apple products, accessories and services

Summary

The tender is for the purchase of Apple products, accessories and services under a framework agreement for participating universities and other education and research institutions. It covers Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple Vision Pro, AirPods, Apple TV and Home, displays, original accessories and AppleCare, including successor and new products. Only new, originally packaged devices intended for the EU market may be supplied; refurbished products and returns are excluded. Bidders must provide evidence of certified Apple Authorized Service Provider status or equivalent capability, the ability to support automated device registration, and Apple Premium Education Partner status. The offer must include discounts for all product groups and a description of the webshop with demo access details. Price is the sole award criterion (100%); the lowest evaluated price, resulting from the highest discount, wins. The estimated four-year requirement is EUR 21,781,095 excluding VAT, but this does not guarantee a minimum purchase volume. The selected supplier must establish and maintain a webshop or webshop integration tailored to each participating institution. It must be ready no later than four weeks after award and, in all cases, by 1 January 2027. Standard devices must be delivered within 4 working days, and made-to-order or other specially supplied devices and accessories within 15 working days; delivery may never exceed 30 calendar days, and agreed delivery times must be met for approximately 98% of deliveries. The initial contract term is 24 months, with up to two automatic 12-month extensions. Purchases will be made as needed, with no minimum order quantities or guaranteed minimum spend.
