Object planning for the energy-efficient renovation of Building AB

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive construction, functional and energy-efficiency renovation of Building AB at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, including architectural planning. The building has approximately 5,287 m² of usable floor area, and the total project budget is about €8.2 million, of which approximately €0.5 million is allocated to media technology. The planning services comprise HOAI basic services in service phases 1–9 and special services, commissioned in four stages: phases 1–3, 4–5, 6–7 and 8–9.
