Lot 7 covers tile works as part of converting and energetically renovating the Möser youth club into a community house. The works include grinding 214.82 m² of terrazzo substrate, applying epoxy primer and 3–10 mm floor levelling compound to 214.82 m², installing 6 m² of wall tiles and 214.82 m² of floor tiles, and fitting 134 m of skirting tiles.
