Strategic project services, Lots 1 and 2

Summary

IT Baden-Württemberg is procuring strategic and transformation consulting under two framework-agreement lots. Lot 1 covers strategy, transformation, and programme and portfolio management for the Kairos programme; Lot 2 covers consulting on the further development of the buyer’s overall organisation. Five providers will be appointed to each lot, with services ordered as defined work packages and no guaranteed call-off volume.
