Supply of air humidity sensors

Summary

The German Weather Service is procuring replacement humidity sensors for in-situ measurements across its operational network of land-based weather stations and maritime stations. The contract has no lots and covers 815 mandatory sensors, with up to 440 additional optional sensors for the German Weather Service and the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support, for a potential total of 1,255. Deliveries are scheduled in stages from 2027 to 2030; optional quantities may be called off through 2036. Any software needed to operate the sensors must be supplied with them and support remote configuration and firmware updates.
