Framework agreement for ultra-low-temperature freezers

Summary

The tender covers a 48-month framework agreement for the supply of laboratory ultra-low-temperature freezers, divided into three lots: large, medium and narrow models. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots and must be submitted electronically via Tender24 by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. The framework agreement is expected to run from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2030, with an overall financial ceiling of EUR 800,000 net: EUR 450,000 for Lot 1, EUR 150,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 200,000 for Lot 3. There is no minimum purchase obligation. The supplier must deliver to the designated UFZ sites in Germany, including unloading, delivery to the place of use, installation, removal of packaging and free on-site repair service during the first two years. The offered equipment must meet all minimum technical requirements; incomplete confirmation or failure to meet a minimum requirement leads to exclusion. Awards are made separately per lot using 100 points: price up to 60 points and performance up to 40 points.
