Staffing assessment for the Hamburg Port Railway

Summary

Hamburg Port Authority is procuring an organisational study and analytical staffing assessment for its port railway infrastructure maintenance and supervision functions, which currently employ around 40 people. The work covers track and overhead-line maintenance, asset and construction supervision, including process and workload analysis, a repeatable staffing model, a comparison of required and existing staffing, optimisation measures, a final report and a management presentation. Optional work includes an additional workshop of up to 8 hours and further on-site visits; the procurement is not divided into lots.
