Evaluation of the Gemeindeschwesterplus State Programme in Rhineland-Palatinate

Summary

The Ministry of Social Affairs of Rhineland-Palatinate is procuring an evaluation of its Gemeindeschwesterplus state programme. The work will examine programme implementation, workflows and organisation, effects and achievement of objectives, and how well the target group is reached; it will involve relevant professionals, local authorities, older people and other stakeholders and produce recommendations, an interim report and a final report. The project runs from 1 January 2027 to 30 June 2028, with a maximum budget of EUR 205,000 including VAT.
