Framework Agreement for Maintenance and Support of Technical Equipment at the Brussels Studio

Deutsche Welle is procuring a four-year framework agreement, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, for maintenance and support of the technical equipment and infrastructure at its Brussels studio. The work covers ongoing second-level technical support, fault restoration, a hotline and preventive maintenance of the studio’s production equipment, including at least one maintenance inspection each calendar quarter. The estimated contract volume is €200,000 including 19% VAT; the stated minimum is €110,000 and the optional maximum is €240,000.
