Neighbourhood heat management in Lübeck-Waldhusen

Summary

The Hanseatic City of Lübeck is procuring 36 months of neighbourhood heat management services for the Waldhusen area in the Kücknitz district, comprising approximately 970 residential buildings or housing units. Lot 1 covers neighbourhood management, telephone advice and specialist services, including support for residents, energy advice, events, monitoring and renovation guidance. Lot 2 covers public relations, resident engagement and communications, including campaigns, printed and digital materials, advertising and communications support for Lot 1 activities. The project aims to inform and advise private property owners and support decisions on building renovation and heating replacement.
