Faunal surveys for the replacement bridge on the B 71 over the railway at Veerßen

Summary

The Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport is commissioning wildlife surveys for the replacement of the B 71 bridge over the railway lines at Veerßen, near Uelzen. The surveys cover a maximum area of approximately 100 ha and include, among other work, breeding bird surveys, bat surveys, amphibian and reptile surveys, tree-cavity mapping and grasshopper surveys. The contract also includes analysis and assessment of findings, reporting in text and maps, and wildlife-related support for landscape-planning work.
