Green area maintenance and traffic surface cleaning in the Hoterberg commercial area, 2027–2029: roadside greenery, traffic surfaces and stormwater retention basins

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance of green areas and cleaning of traffic surfaces in the Hoterberg commercial area from 2027 to 2029, with no division into lots. Work includes maintaining about 3,400 m² of roadside greenery three times a year; cleaning about 4,900 linear metres of road gutters and removing weeds along about 3,000 linear metres of a 3-metre-wide pedestrian and cycle path, each twice a year; and maintaining three stormwater retention basins. Basin work includes treating about 6,505 m² of embankments twice a year, mowing about 2,182 m² of basin floors once or twice a year, and weeding about 450 m² of one basin floor annually. The minimum contract term is three years, with possible extensions up to a maximum of five years.
