Virtual reality training system for interprofessional trauma room care

Summary

Universitätsklinikum Frankfurt is commissioning the development and implementation of an immersive virtual reality training system for interprofessional care in a trauma room. The realistic single-player and multiplayer simulation will create a digital twin of the hospital’s trauma room and cover the process from pre-hospital handover through initial and secondary assessment, diagnostics and treatment to decisions about further care. The contract is due to end in December 2027; no lots are specified.
