Road and sewer works for the Poststraße development area in Bienenbüttel

Summary

The Municipality of Bienenbüttel and Uelzen District are procuring access infrastructure for part of the Poststraße-Nord development area in Bienenbüttel. The works include earthworks and soil replacement, groundwater lowering and treatment, drainage and sewer construction, a DN 600 culvert, road construction and resurfacing, four LED street lights, and drainage swales. The scope also includes a 200 m² ecological pond and renewal of about 300 m of footway surfacing, including about 25 m of new paved footway in Wichmannsburg. The contract is not divided into lots.
