Heating systems and central hot-water systems

Summary

Land Berlin SILB, through BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, is procuring heating-system works at Martin-Luther-Str. 105 in Berlin. The work connects the heating plant to 65 building risers and includes installing approximately 2,800 m of DN 15–80 steel pipe, valves and new radiators in basement level 1, fire-protection penetrations, removal and disposal of existing pipework, system testing and recommissioning documentation. Completion is due by 16 July 2028.
