Building design for the extension of the administration building

Summary

Landesbetrieb Mobilität Bad Kreuznach is procuring design services for the extension and refurbishment of the administration building at the Bad Kreuznach road maintenance depot in Rüdesheim. The services cover building and interior design, structural engineering and building services engineering for removing the existing roof storey, adding a new full storey and constructing a side extension with a basement; they also include studies of a new-build alternative and planning for drainage and the surrounding parking and access areas. The contract is planned in three stages: HOAI service phases 1–3 from 31 December 2026 to 31 August 2027, phases 4–7 from 1 September 2027 to 31 December 2028, and phase 8 from 1 June 2029 to 1 June 2030.
