Strategic advisory services to establish a finance impact ecosystem for the Uganda Water Investment Programme

Summary

GIZ is procuring strategic financial and policy advisory services to support development of the Uganda Water Investment Programme (UgaWIP) and establish a finance-impact ecosystem for water security investment. The assignment includes a financing workshop and report, a financing toolkit and training report, up to three groundwater flagship project concepts with financing mechanisms, and two national training courses. One expert will provide up to 70 expert-days of services from November 2026 to 30 September 2027.
