Lift maintenance, inspection, emergency call service and passenger rescue

Summary

The German Institute of Human Nutrition (DIfE) is procuring maintenance and statutory inspections for nine passenger, freight and small-goods lifts at its two sites in Nuthetal. The work includes quarterly maintenance, inspection services, documentation, and 24/7 emergency call handling and passenger rescue for seven lifts. The contract is scheduled to start on 1 January 2027, run for two years, and may be extended annually up to a maximum term of four years.
