Media technology equipment for Grassistrasse 12

Summary

Leipzig University is procuring the supply and installation of media technology for 18 seminar rooms at its Studienkolleg building at Grassistrasse 12. Each room is to receive an interactive touchscreen display, a height-adjustable pylon-mounted board with two whiteboard wings, a soundbar, wireless BYOD presentation equipment and source-control and switching equipment; the university will provide the instructor PCs. One room will also receive an additional display opposite the instructor’s position. The scope includes delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance and user training, with completion due by 31 January 2027.
