Promotion and increased use of the “Strengthening Young People – Strong Together at School” platform

Summary

The Lower Saxony Ministry of Education is procuring the design, delivery and evaluation of a communication and engagement campaign to raise awareness and increase use of the “Strengthening Young People – Strong Together at School” platform, which provides information, prevention and support relating to the mental health of children and young people. The single, non-lotted contract covers a communication strategy; social media content and activities on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube; at least three influencer or ambassador partnerships and related campaign activities; press and public relations; school materials; expert communication support; and evaluation and reporting. Minimum deliverables include one press concept, four press releases, up to two press events, a digital media kit, two presentations, five social media kits, five short videos, five teaching prompts, five parent information items, one digital flyer and at least one annual report. Platform development, printing and distribution of print materials are outside the scope; the contract runs until 31 December 2027.
