Coordinated road works on Fürstenstraße in Chemnitz

Summary

The City of Chemnitz is procuring road works on Fürstenstraße between Hofer Straße and Yorstraße, with no division into lots. The works include milling and recycling approximately 5,500 m² of asphalt, removing and replacing kerbs, drainage channels and unbound layers, installing new frost protection material and paving, laying asphalt base, binder and surface courses, constructing semi-rigid surfacing, and installing 100 m of protective duct. The works are scheduled from 8 March to 4 June 2027.
