Summary
The Municipality of Edemissen is procuring roof waterproofing works for the conversion of the municipal building at Eichenweg 1. The scope includes 400 m² of bituminous primer, 425 m² each of temporary bituminous vapour barrier, PUR/PIR tapered insulation and two-layer polymer-bitumen roofing, plus 135 m of timber-frame parapet construction and aluminium parapet capping, a 45 m fall-arrest system, 130 m² of photovoltaic substructure, and five roof drains and five emergency overflows.
