Track renewal works at Priestewitz station – switch W16W35

Summary

DB InfraGO AG is procuring track construction works at Priestewitz station on line 6363. The works include renewing switch W16W35 and its ballast and sub-base, replacing individual sleepers and carrying out partial rail renewal on track 23, and replacing the track-end installation on track 58 with a type 4 braking buffer. Associated welding, tamping, surveying, site logistics and reinstatement of trackside paths are included. The contract is not divided into lots and is scheduled for 3 May to 31 December 2027.
