Flat-roof waterproofing and insulation refurbishment at Jugendwaldheim Urft (Lot 2)

Summary

Wald und Holz NRW is procuring the refurbishment and insulation of approximately 207 m² of flat roofs over the access corridors of the Jugendwaldheim Urft in Kall, Germany, under Lot 2. The works include removing and disposing of existing bituminous roofing and cork insulation, installing new sloped EPS insulation and an EPDM waterproofing membrane, replacing gutters and downpipes, and installing a permanent roof cable safety system. The overall works are scheduled for 30 November 2026 to 22 January 2027; the roof waterproofing work is scheduled from 2 to 22 December 2026.
