Forestry road construction and repairs and a water transfer point to reduce the spread of uncontrolled forest fires

Summary

Wald und Holz NRW is procuring forestry road construction and repairs in the Reichswald near Kleve to improve access for firefighters and rescue services and reduce the risk of uncontrolled forest fires. Lot 1 covers construction of approximately 372 metres of road in the Kranenburg forest district and removal of two forestry barriers. Lot 2 covers repairs to 1,208 metres of road in Kranenburg and construction of a 30-metre water transfer point in Materborn for a mobile water tank.
