Summary

The procurement covers one lot for the main stage in Rheinpark, Düsseldorf: provision, installation, dismantling and technical operation of stage, sound, lighting and media equipment for the 2027 German Protestant Church Assembly. The package includes the necessary equipment, crew, transport and supporting services for an outdoor event expected to host up to 35,000 visitors, taking place from 5 to 9 May 2027; setup is planned from 2 May and dismantling on 9 May.
