Construction, installation and supply of a spiral staircase

Summary

The City of Calbe (Saale) is procuring the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of one external spiral escape staircase at Schlossstraße 3. The staircase will rise from the courtyard to the first floor, with an approximate outer diameter of 2.85 m, 45 risers, two intermediate landings and one main landing. The works also include structural calculations, a protective cage with a panic-function door and an additional RAL powder coating. The procurement is not divided into lots.
