Demolition of the former upholstered-furniture factory in Seifersdorf

Summary

The Landesamt für Straßenbau und Verkehr is procuring demolition and site clearance at the former upholstered-furniture factory in Seifersdorf. The works include demolishing the main building and ancillary buildings, removing sealed surfaces, clearing waste and disposing of hazardous materials, as well as setting up the site and providing 12 bird and bat nesting boxes. The estimated quantities include 2,025 m³ of main-building demolition, 1,050 m³ of ancillary-building demolition and 5 tonnes of asbestos-containing materials for removal and disposal. The contract is not divided into lots; works are scheduled from 1 February to 16 July 2027.
