Demolition of the Old Sports Hall at Petershagen Secondary School and Earthworks

Summary

The contract covers demolition of the old sports hall and ancillary rooms at Petershagen Secondary School, together with hazardous-material removal and earthworks. The scope includes demolition of approximately 14,066 m³ of enclosed building volume and 454 m³ of concrete foundations; removal of approximately 3,839 m² of HBCD-containing insulation and disposal of 3,262 m² of mineral-wool insulation; and excavation, backfilling and disposal of soil, including hauling away approximately 3,240 tonnes of stockpiled excavated soil.
