Maintenance, repairs and hygiene inspections of heating and sanitary systems at the Kleve campus

Summary

Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences is procuring annual maintenance, repairs and hygiene inspections of the heating and sanitary systems in all 18 buildings at its Kleve campus from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2030. The scope also includes call-off fault response and minor repair work, with an estimated allowance of 200 specialist hours and 25 additional return journeys per contract year; use of these allowances is not guaranteed.
