Remediation of moisture damage and hazardous substances at Altena Local Court
Summary
Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW Dortmund is procuring hazardous-substance remediation and removal works at the Altena Local Court. The work covers rooms on the ground and upper floors of the main building, will be carried out in two construction phases and is intended to achieve complete removal of hazardous substances. The planned works run from 18 January to 26 February 2027; the contract is not divided into lots.
