Carpentry and timber construction works for the Bergheim tax office roof renovation

Summary

Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, Aachen branch, is procuring the phased roof renovation of the tax office building in Bergheim. The works include removing existing roof coverings and timber roof structures, installing a new timber roof structure and OSB roof decking over approximately 1,640 m², and providing roof access hatches and skylights that also serve as smoke vents. Technical planning, documentation, site setup, winter protection and disposal of demolition materials are included. The work is planned in three construction phases; the procurement is not divided into lots.
