Photovoltaic system installation at Haroldstraße 4

Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW Düsseldorf is procuring the design, supply and installation of a photovoltaic system at the Haroldstraße 4 government building in Düsseldorf. The works cover the high-rise, connecting wing and Carlstor buildings, including approximately 456 rooftop modules rated at 425 W each, 514 façade modules rated at 140 W each, mounting structures, electrical equipment and monitoring; the system is designed for approximately 300 kW/330 kVA. The scope also includes commissioning, documentation and an offer for inspection and maintenance during the warranty period. The procurement is not divided into lots.
