Building N30 Window Refurbishment

Summary

KFE Klinik Facility-Management Eppendorf GmbH is procuring the refurbishment of more than 300 window elements in the listed 1925 N30 building at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf, used as a medical history museum, laboratory and administrative building. The works include restoring existing timber windows, manufacturing and installing historically faithful replacement windows and window-doors, and adapting exterior doors; site setup, protection, cleaning and ancillary hourly work are also included. The building will remain operational during the works, which are scheduled to finish around mid-2028.
