Organisation and delivery of the business delegation programme in Bulgaria and Romania

Summary

The Lower Saxony Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport and Building is procuring the planning, organisation and delivery of a business delegation trip to Bucharest and Sofia from 7 to 12 March 2027. The service covers participant recruitment and coordination, a business programme focused on market access, investment and cooperation, digital economy and AI, agriculture and food, and energy, as well as company visits, networking events, local transport, catering, interpretation where needed, and a digital participant brochure. Around 20 company representatives and approximately 30 people in total are currently expected; the group size is not capped.
