Open-space planning for Neuer Markt

Summary

The City of Rotenburg (Wümme) is commissioning an integrated urban development and open-space planning concept for Neuer Markt. The fixed-fee basic commission covers planning phases 1–3 and includes urban design and integrated open-space planning; the work is intended to be followed through to implementation under planning law, with support for attracting investors. Optional services comprise land-use planning, investor search and marketing support, and additional participation and committee services. The contract is not divided into lots.
