Roof waterproofing and sheet-metal works

Summary

The State Building Authority of Freising is procuring roof waterproofing and sheet-metal works for a new three-storey timber-hybrid office and administration building in Erding, with approximately 1,250 m² of gross floor area. The works include a 370 m² flat-roof build-up with insulation and two-layer bituminous waterproofing, 280 m² of extensive green roofing, paving and gravel areas, 86 m of parapet capping and 80 m of parapet safety railing. The contract is not divided into lots; works are scheduled for calendar weeks 9–27 of 2027.
