Supply of Workplace Printers for Schools in Rheine

Summary

The City of Rheine is establishing a framework agreement for workplace printers and print, fax and scan multifunction devices for its schools. It covers four product categories: A4 monochrome laser printers (estimated 15–70 units), A4 colour laser printers (10–60), A3 colour multifunction printers (2–10), and A4 colour laser print/fax/scan multifunction devices (4–30). The agreement has an estimated net value of €60,000 and a maximum value of €80,000; the initial term is 36 months, with one 12-month extension option. There is no minimum purchase commitment.
