Structural and interior fit-out works for technical rooms

Summary

Klinikum Dahme-Spreewald GmbH is procuring construction and fit-out works for four new technical rooms at Achenbach Hospital in Königs Wusterhausen, on floors 0, 2, 3 and 5, together with a connecting installation shaft on floor 1. The works include demolition, fire-rated drywall construction and upgrades to existing walls, suspended-ceiling repairs, screed work, fire and smoke-control doors, painting and wall protection, and the placement of steel load-distribution plates. The rooms will accommodate network cabinets for the hospital’s WLAN infrastructure; the network equipment and cabling are provided by the client. The procurement is not divided into lots.
